Thermal Transfer Ribbons
Achieving the required print quality with a thermal transfer printer requires quality labels and quality ribbons. We offer a range or wax, wax resin and full resin ribbons matched to our label stocks to help you get the print quality you need.
Wax
Wax ribbons are ideal for labels with a short lifetime where smudge and scratch resistance are not required. Normally only used with paper labels.
Wax/Resin
Wax resin is a step up in terms of smudge and scratch resistance. Although it is normally used on paper it can be used in some applications with synthetic materials.
Resin
Full resin is used with synthetic materials to give ultimate scratch resistance.
Roll Formats
All three formulations can be supplied on rolls to suit any printer.
