Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between you and North & South Labels Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Pricing and Quotations

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to revise prices prior to acceptance of an order to reflect changes in costs beyond our control.

3. Orders

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable).
Orders are accepted subject to availability of materials and production capacity.
Amendments or cancellations must be agreed by us in writing and may incur charges.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed.
Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
Claims for damage or shortages must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.

5. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Returns

Custom-made products are non-returnable unless faulty or not as agreed.
Returns must be authorised in advance and returned in original packaging.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from any transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
